Make sure that you bend towards side, and not forward or backward.

Another exercise for losing belly fat is called the torso twist. Stand straight with feet placed at shoulder width. Twist the entire upper body slowly towards one side and then come back to center. Repeat for the other side, and make sure that you twist the torso, not the hips.

For losing belly fat, you need to eat right kind of carbohydrates that include fruits, vegetables and whole grain foods. For losing belly fat, you must lose the weight of entire body, and for this, do more vigorous cardio exercises, at least five days in a week, for 20-30 minutes.
